Il filosofo francese Félix Guattari (a Roma in visita a Toni Negri, detenuto nel carcere di Rebibbia) racconta del significato che le lotte politiche italiane negli anni 70 hanno avuto per intellettuali e militanti francesi. L intervistatore è Vincenzo Sparagna, della rivista satirica Il Male, che introduce suonando al piano Fischia il vento.
