NYC Flow

NYC FLOW is an exploration of video processing technics introduced by neuralstyle code. Open source software by Manuel Ruder, Alexey Dosovitskiy and Thomas Brox from the University of Freiburg was used to create base animation layer. Some additional post effects were applied to each shot to enhance color balance, refine details and remove unnecessary glitches.
