The Cali Bear Benchmark Workout, regardless of your ability level this will test long as you pick the correct weight. You will do 40 Clean and Jerks one every 30 seconds for 20 minutes. The first time I did this workout over two years ago I used 155lb. Today I m stronger but having had a year away from the barbell due to covid19 wasn t 100 how this would go. My weight was 185lb, I think this weight was perfect for me as the last 10 minutes got super tough and the last 4 minutes I was 100. My goal for next time is 195lb with a view of breaking 200lb before the end of the year.
