Tsumagojuku is a town located in Nagiso, Nagano prefecture and flourished as a shukuba machi (post town) on Nakasendo (Central Mountain Route) in Edoera. Tsumagojuku and Magomejuku, which is a next post town, are popular sightseeing spots of Kisoji. Tsumagojuku still preserves classical buildings and atmosphere of old times.
