Thief Set Welt + Weakness Break , Honkai: Star Rail

Basically what happens if you build Welt with break effect. I would still swap to the imaginary damage set eventually but this is pretty nice to use for now. Update: People kept asking what do the numbers mean so here s an explanation but simplified. The numbers are called action value. It is the total delay before a unit can get its turn. In a nutshell, everyone reduces their action value through the 2nd unit in the queue. So for example, let s say that the next unit s turn shows the action value 5 this means that once this next unit moves, everyone s action value gets reduced by 5. The pattern continues, if the next in queue has an action value of 10 then once they move, everyone s action value will get reduced by 10. With this in mind, you can imagine how much action value is needed before the boss could even start moving.
