This is a song I ve wanted to cover for a long time. I still remember hearing it when the music video had just been released and being completely mesmerized by the melodies, riffs, lyrics, the imagery, and of course Criss Oliva s incredible guitar playing. It was like nothing I d ever heard before even though many elements were very familiar, and that s something I ve always considered to be the genius of it. Written and composed by Criss Oliva, Jon Oliva and Paul O Neill. Although Criss and Paul are no longer with us physically, their art, legacy, and inspiration remain indelible.
