Mr. Joe Jax ( MIDH Premiere)

South African DJ and producer Mr Joe serves up a superb new single Jax, which is inspired by the Mortal Kombat character of the same name. Mr Joe aka Mbheki Ndlovu is founder of LYTUP VISIONS and has spent the last decade rising up through the ranks at home then making his mark on labels like Berlins cult Watergate. He has also worked with French legend Rocco, and Black Coffee, Dixon and Culoe De Song have all supported his welldesigned and kinetic club tracks. His immediately arresting Jax takes its cues from the legendary video game character with twisted bass, animal sounds and marching snares. Rousing warrior leads get your chest puffed out, and the drums have a sense of skip reminiscent of UK funky that gets you on your toes. Add in big stabs, punk attitude and that steelplated, unrelenting rhythm, and you have a standout track that brings a unique sense of energy to the dancefloor.
