VIDAN Italian artist David Garrett, Sonata No. 12 in E minor, Opus 3
Thank you everyone for watching and for comments All the best Vittorio Dangelico (VIDAN): was born in Perugia, a small medieval town nestled between Rome and Florence. In his youth, he was influenced by the works of the Italian renaissance all around him. After moving to Milano with his family in his early teens, he attended Liceo Artistico di Milano and later the Accademia Delle Belle Arti di Brera, studying anatomy and figure drawing. Vidan moved to the United States in 1988 to study under his mentor, the renowned artist Pino, who introduced him to the classical painters, such as John Singer Sargent, Joaquin Sorolla and Anders Zorn that were to have a profound influence on him. After working as an illustrator for book covers for major book publishers until 2000, Vidan began his full time fine art career by exhibiting his figurative oil paintings all over the United States and Europe.
