Spain has a deep, powerful stoke unlike anything we have ever experienced. The land, the people, the oh man, the food Alvaro Bajo is one of the amazing people we met on a short trip to Mallorca. The way we understand it, Bajo means down and Alvaro does just that he goes downhill, fast.
