Powder bed metal Additive Manufacturing simulation with Dawn AM

Our discrete element model is able to simulate the selective laser melting process of metal additive manufacturing. The model is developed by Bram Dorussen for the FieldLab MultiMaterial 3D printing project. The video is made by Marwan Aarab. This project is part of the FieldLab MultiMaterial 3D printing, funded by BOM (Brabantse Ontwikkelings Maatschappij) and the Province of Brabant.
