Orphaned baby flying fox: this is Eidolon

Eidolon was rescued 2 years ago after being found low to the ground and having been attacked by birds. Her face had been pecked and slashed. Her eyelids were abraded, and she had a slash across one cornea. She was a miserable little girl for a while and almost went into renal failure. Her condition was so poor I took her to be vet assessed and maybe euthanased and while on the table she did an enormous wee. She decided she was going to live, and slowly started to improve after that. She was the sweetest little snuggle bunny who squeaked when petted and rubbed. She was transferred to a longer term are, was raised and released. Yay Eidolon. I hope you re about to give birth to your first baby in a few weeks when baby season starts.
