Richard Armitage as John Standring Make You Feel My Love

Richard Armitage plays John Standring in the BBC production Sparkhouse (2002), which is based on Emily Bronte s Wuthering Heights and written by Sally Wainwright. John works as a farm hand at the run down property owned by Richard Bolton, and he has been in love with Bolton s daughter, Carol, for years, but she has always been obsessed with another.
