Simply put: the bottle cap challenge sees folks attempting to do a rotating kick to the top of a bottle, twisting the cap off in the process. Kicking things off (heh) over the weekend, martial artist Farabi Davletchin posted a video about a week ago showing off what he called the, FaraKicksChallenge. The trick was neat, but the name needed work. Design
