This is the kinda stuff that 4Kids cut. And yes, this is about halfway through the final episode of the anime. The thing about Robotnik being a feminist is mentioned in the Sonic Heroes manual, from what I gather it was perhaps a mistranslation Either way, the whole sentence was too good to not cut to.
