Startup Marketing I need money to start a website

SUPPORT ME :) Like this video Please give it a thumbs up below and, or leave a comment Thank you Hello Evan, I really like your vids, and I have one problem, I want to make a website, and I kinda need more people like, webdesigner, probably couple engineers to help me build that website etc. and i think its really good idea, but because i have no money, should i send emails to some venture capitalists to give me money, like start up money, or i can pay those people or what do I do, because im not really into this sorry if english was bad, not from usa thanks.
