What is up guys and girls. Back to being in the gym, and hitting the WPA workout Pump Session. It was an awesome one, and a great way to fill those arms with lactic acid. It does what it is called After that we did an EMOM of 5 Weighted Pull ups x10 and 5 Dips x10 so 20 min total Slow and controlled but really driving it home.
