Why are there no gangs of white muggers or those of Indian heritage operating in London

There are plenty of illeducated and impoverished young white men or those of South Asian origin in London, but they do not seem to get together and decide to rob people in the streets. With offences involving knives now exceeding 40 a day in the capital, it is time to try and work out what is happening and why.
