Private music lessons: René Jacobs, Singer Teacher

This film was the first in the series of Leçons particulières de musique (private music lessons). Although it was originally conceived in 1987 as a pilot for the nascent FrancoGerman cultural channel Arte, known at that time as La Sept sur FR3, René Jacobs, then at the height of his vocal powers, agreed to take part in the adventure.
