To MM Paladin TANK Build Mod 17+ Neverwinter

Here is my Paladin Tanking Build for ToMM. I have nearly the Maximum amount of Hp that one can get on a Paladin Tank. The only thing I am missing is the Metallic Dragonborn Race for about 2530k extra Hp and the Hp that I miss by taking lower Item level gear for the better bonuses. For Mod 18 I will be able to increase my Hp by about another 20k from the newer gear with higher item level.
