Beginners yoga for about 15 minutes every day What will happen to you if you focus on 3 things you are greatfull for and practice a tiny bit of yoga and meditation every day Join in to try. I started this because I was tired of yoga being so focused on the asanas and being a fitness tool. Yoga is to get to know and respect your body. By slowing down, focusing on our breath and landing i our bodies every day I believe we can find ourselves and respect for our bodies. Join me
