It would be beneficial to do a self warmup before ex: a short walk or jog for several minutes. Stop if anything hurts and always go at your own pace. 1, , Caterpillars. 10 out and back. 2, , Toe Pushups. 10 each side for 3 sets. 3, , Stretch. 30 seconds each side. 4, , Toe Spreads and Crunches. 10 reps for 3 sets. 5, , Stretch Toes. 30 seconds each side. 6, , Roll out your feet.
