The 20 year old Legendary Soviet Sniper Roza Shanina (1924 1945)

Roza Shanina was a 20yearold girl, having worked in a kindergarten to make ends meet and support herself through school. When the Nazis invaded the Soviet Union, leading to her brothers deaths, she took up arms to avenge them. She became one of the most prolific snipers on the Soviet side and one of the most famous female snipers of the entire war. We know a lot about her because she kept a diary.
