O filme segue a vida da cantora cantopop e atriz de Hong Kong, Anita Mui. O filme começa com sua vida como uma artista infantil com sua irmã, Ann Mui, no agora demolido Lai Chi Kok Amusement Park, e segue sua amizade com seu estilista Eddie Lau, o cantor e ator Leslie Cheung, os seus os exnamorados, Goto Yuki e Ben Lam, sua carreira e até a morte de Mui em 2003. The film follows the life of Hong Kong Cantopop singer and actress Anita Mui. The film begins from her life as a child performer with her sister Ann Mui in the nowdemolished Lai Chi Kok Amusement Park, and follows her relationship with her fashion designer Eddie Lau, fellow singer Leslie Cheung, exboyfriends Goto Yuki and Ben Lam, her career and up till Mui s death in 2003.
