I go over how I got DSD working on my desktop computer to decode DMR, the software will also do other digital voice modes like NXDN and P25, it does not do Yaesu System Fusion however, the fastlane version of DSD+ (a different piece of software entirely) does do this if you want to decode System Fusion. DMR is used by Amateur radio operators, businesses and rarely heard on PMR446 (I don t know of any type approved radios for that band that do DMR but they possibly do exist), I should stress that there is a legal grey area regarding listening to transmissions from anyone other than Amateur radio operators and PMR446 users, and the majority of business users would use encryption anyway and without the decryption keys you d not be able to listen in.
