Failure of Indian Family Court System: Snippets

BambooTree Childrens Foundation and Child Rights Foundation conducted a detailed online survey of 500 parents who have been through the Indian family court system 56 legal professionals who have cumulatively handled more than 1, 500 child custody disputes. The respondents were spread across at least 19 different states and came from varied socioeconomic classes, making it a truly panIndia survey.
