DIY Crochet Lace Top, Shrug Sweater Tutorial ( All Sizes)

This Lace Top 7, shrug sweater tutorial is easy to make once you learn the stitch. I found the stitch on YouTube and I really find it very pretty. You can make this in any size, you need to add 4 inches to your shoulder measurements for your foundation chain.
