Item title reads Felix the Cat meets Royalty at Trinity Monday Rag. Ireland. People in fancy dress parade along, they include a bride and groom. Someone dressed as the King is led along, he takes his hat off and salutes, he then meets various people. The camera pans across the group of people including soldiers, jockeys, academics and the King and Queen. A man waves his sword about and makes an animated speech. Boards are put round the necks of various people, a pantomime horse prances about and a woman pokes someone with an umbrella. A boxing match takes place and a man dressed as Felix the cat runs about on the steps. The cat is presented to the King who pins something on him. The Queen presents flowers to a boy and kisses him.
