Similarities Between Japanese South Indian Dravidian Languages
The similarities found between Japanese and Dravidian languages is a very interesting subject that not a great deal of research has been done on. There are several proposals that have been brought forward to explain the strong connection between them. In fact, in addition to a proposed language family called DravidoKoreanic, there is the DravidoKoreoJaponic, which links the living or protoDravidian languages to Japanese. In this video, Sato and Mari (Japanese speakers) and Srujana (Telugu and Kannada speaker) and Ilanchirpi (Tamil speaker) demonstrate some of the commonalities between them with a list of words and sentences. As mentioned in the video, be sure to check out my friend Sato s business.
