Let it marinate for 6 hours. Add salt, then fry the chicken. When the chicken is brown, remove it from the frying pan and then add the coconut milk and mix it till the coconut milk changes color. Then mix hot water with corn starch and add it to the sauce to thicken it. On a frying pan add olive oil, 1 small sliced onion, 2 sliced garlic cloves, 1 bay leaf, and let it cook in low fire.
