The feedback was so incredible that we decided to do more. So we developed the ECM Cohort, a learning community to help you develop transformational ministry in your parish. The ECM Cohort is a ninemonth intensive learning community where parish teams come together to learn how to apply ECM principles and practices in their own lives and parish communities.
