Video Transcript: When we talk about this notion of inspiring workplaces, one of the things I think we need to consider is the impact that work, the impact that businesses, that organizations have, not just on the customers that we serve, not just on the employees that spend their days with us, but on the communities that we do business in, the impact that organizations have on the social environment around them, on the neighborhoods, on the communities, and on the environment.
