Washington State Highlights at San Diego State, 2024 Pac 12 Football

The Cougs overcame a 12point deficit in the 4th quarter to capture a 2926 victory on the road against future Pac12 opponent San Diego State on CBS Sports Network, providing a Pac12 After Dark flavor with the night game. With the win, Washington State improves to 71 for the first time since the 2018 season under Head Coach Mike Leach and past Cougars great QB Gardner Minshew. Current Cougars great QB John Mateer led the way again with 299 total yards of offense (257 pass, 42 rush) and 4 total touchdowns, as well as a 2point conversion reception. Washington State enjoys a second bye week next week before hosting Utah State on Saturday, Nov. 9 on The CW.
