VANCOUVER POLICE: ONE SUSPECT, ONE VEHICLE IN DEADLY FESTIVAL ATTACK Interim police Chief Steve Rai confirmed they are not searching for additional suspects after the Lapu Lapu Day Festival tragedy. A 30yearold Vancouver man was arrested at the scene after driving into a crowd, killing at least 8 people, around 8:14 PM local time. Rai declined to comment on the suspects criminal record or bail status, saying the focus remains on the victims and their families.
