Adnams Brewing Process

Jonathan Adnams OBE, Executive Chairman of Adnams and the 4th generation of the Adnams family to brew in Southwold, introduces the energyefficient Adnams Brewery and the processes involved in producing our highquality beers. Head Brewer Fergus Fitzgerald guides you through the methods used to create our beers, from using locallysourced barley, flavouring the beer with a blend of carefully selected hops and finally fermenting the beer with our own unique strain of yeast.
