Metal Gear Solid 5: Continuity, Clones, and WHAT did I miss in peace Walker

In my review of the trailer for Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain, I stated that there are continuity issues with the timeline, Big Boss coma and creation of the sons of Big that was because I apparently missed the single most important piece of dialogue in Metal gear Solid: Peace Walker.
