1 Hour DUMBBELL FULL BODY WORKOUT at Home, Caroline Girvan
This is a challenging one hour full body dumbbell workout that will target every muscle group with compound movements and complete body exercises to help you become stronger, build lean muscle, burn energy four hours after completing and basically leave you feeling awesome The exercises are performed for 40 seconds each, 20 seconds rest. The exercises are grouped together in combinations targeting same muscle groups.
