Bucket of Hot Diarrhea Randomly Poured on Woman by a Homeless Man in Hollywood, NBCLA

Homeless attacks are on the rise in Los Angeles. By the end of 2018, 9, 846 of these crimes were reported in LA. One woman this year even had a man dump a bucket of his diarrhea on her.
