There is a large model of cruise ship and many photographs of mountains and skiers in the snow. Signs in the window display the words Canada and Switzerland. Cut to a real ship in dock. The boy looks at it wistfully. His dog runs off towards the ship and he chases after it. He catches it and the two companions walk across the gangplank on board the ship. The boy cautiously looks around and stares up at the ships mast. The boy tiptoes around the deck looking for a place to hide.
