Alien Looking Sea Creature Terrifies Locals

Footage shows a bizarre sea creature crawling on a street in Sulu province, the Philippines. Villager Judimar Paddam said he was on his way to a friends house near the sea when he saw the bizarre marine creature. The creature dragged itself on the concrete floor using its tentacles attached to its small roundshaped body.
