I got my webcam to stream on my ZX Spectrum

I m using a Spectrum +3 here, it would work on any 128k. The first time I run the program, I am streaming from and recording the feed of the webcam. After that it will loop continuously on the Spectrum unless it is set up to record again, in which case it will record over the previous recording.
