Baywatch : Full Season 8 Intro: Cast Change

This was the Season where they over cast and for Season 9 we saw huge amount of the cast let go and they reshaped the series back to like Season 35 with a small cast so they could spend more time on character development. I think Season 7 had a relatively extensive cast to normal seasons, and with the show getting more popular by the year. . they were moving away from the stable 5 main cast intro and taking chances with making it bigger, it worked for Season 7 and I liked it. . esp as they reintroduced a senior figure in Capt Samantha Thomas, prob my fav new addition. Why she wasn t a Lt, is probably because Stephanie was still to make guest appearances until her death episode later in the series, so 8t made sense to make Samantha the next best thing, a Captain.
