Episode, 2: Training With Pro Triathlete Lauren Goss

Coming off a big win at St. Croix 70. 3 I got the chance to get a peak at Laurens training as she gets back to some hard work to prepare for her next race in 3 weeks time. Lauren Goss has steped her game up this year to long distance 70. 3 racing after having a great season racing short course nondrafting last year. We look forward to seeing lauren race in the near future
