Xbox Wireless Headset Volume Control Wheel Issues, Troubleshooting

I recently got the Xbox Wireless Headset. I m pretty happy with it but when it comes to rotating the volume wheel to adjust the volume it just doesn t seem like mine is working properly as I demonstrate in this video.
