Russia: 12 injured in Volgograd petrol station explosion

Video filmed by an eyewitness shows a large fire ball and massive flames rising from the gas station, followed by thick, black smoke. According to Russia s Ministry of Emergency Situations (EMERCOM), the fire was first reported at 12:40 p. m. local time ( 9:40 a. m. GMT). The cause of the blast remains unsolved, but the ministry believes the explosion occurred in the fuel
