LIVE: Alexei Navalny vigil outside Russian embassy in London

Vigil held oustide Russian embassy in London in memory of Russian opposition leader Navalny. The Russian opposition politician Alexei Navalny has died, according to the prison service. The Federal Penitentiary Service in YamaloNenets said Navalny, 47, felt unwell after a walk on Friday and that an ambulance was called but he could not be resuscitated. Navalny was arrested in January 2021 after returning to Moscow from Berlin, where he had spent months recovering from a nearfatal poisoning that he said was ordered by Putin.
