OTYKEN SMOKE
A Trippy Vortex animated interpretation of the song, SMOKE, by OTYKEN. Otyken comprises various indigenous peoples of Siberia: Chulyms, Kets, Selkups, Khakasses, and Dolgans. The song Smoke is a tribute to patience and hope for the future. We await the rain to extinguish the fire and the wind to disperse this heavy, acrid smoke. We endure all hardships and care for our land, including its endangered plants and animals. Only through unity can we overcome all difficulties, extinguish the fire, and let the sky bring us rain, dispersing the smoke.
