With a mix of storytelling from the norse sagas and viking inspired functional training Hallgrim Hansegård leads us through this viking workout for anybody with some experience in training. Hallgrim Hansegård is a internationally acclaimed choreographer and multiple national champion of halling dance. He learnt by the elders born in the 1920 s and has extended his research to archaeological findings and ancient scriptures.
