Painting Lady with an Ermine by Leonardo da Vinci is a big challenge for me because of several reason, first because of this Painting is to elaborate facial ekspression 500 years ago created by genius named Leonardo Da Vinci. Second because this is the first time i tried oil painting after i tried pencil drawing, and painting with water color, and acrylic. When I m finished this, i got little understanding about her facial ekspression while holding her pet. maybe its the same thing what Leonardo saw 500 years ago, for example the glimpse of happiness just like when everyone holding their pet. This is my firs oil painting. Painting a copy of lady with an Ermine take 2 month to finished.
