Riding Out The Storm A Derecho in Wisconsin

Magic Woolies 24 июл. 2019г. After a full day of hiking, we came off the trail to find a storm was darkening the sky. Rather than set up camp, we decided to hop in the cars and head north to the nearby city of Rothschild, Wisconsin so we could get a cheap hotel room for the night. As we headed up north, we saw the sky grow darker and lightning flash constantly. Then the storm hit. Thankfully we weren t hit by the high winds, nor the tornadoes, but we had some close calls We re hiking the Ice Age National Scenic Trail in Wisconsin as a family The trail is about 1, 200 miles long, and we d love for you to join us on our adventure over the coming months.
