EPILEPSY WARNING: FLASHING LIGHTS From the album Stream, Watch, Listen Album: Sifting Through The Years is the first song I wrote and finished for the album Sediment. It became sort of a mood board, or DNA strand for the rest of the album. On almost every album that Ive written, I like to have one track that acts as a sort of mini album within itself, which goes through many movements and phases. This song begins with a heavy and gravelly rhythm that trudges along in a marching fashion. It slowly morphs into something grander and more orchestral, which leads into the second half, which is a very celebratory climax. This tracks metamorphosis encapsulates the overall theme of the album of corrosion and gradual evolution. I created a video, visualizer for this extended version of the song out of edited stock video that I thought elevated and complimented the music. It begins very grounded and earth focused, with diffe
